Woof Wonderland – Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling a dog, dropping off a dog, or accepting services fromWoof Wonderland and its staff, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Guardian Role: In the Client’s absence, Woof Wonderland may act as a guardian for theClient’s dog, performing necessary actions to maintain the dog’s health. In emergencies, WoofWonderland is authorized to make critical healthcare decisions with partner vets if the Clientcannot be reached.
1.3 Minimum Age: All dogs must be at least 12 weeks old.
1.4 Neutering and Seasons: Male dogs over one year old must be neutered to attend.Females in season generally cannot attend for at least 4 weeks. If the dog is not to beneutered/spayed based on the vet’s recommendation after one year of age, and has not beenneutered before their first birthday, the owner must inform Woof Wonderland. In this case, anadditional fee may be added to the basic daily price.
1.5 Illness/Injury: The Client must notify Woof Wonderland immediately if the dog is ill orinjured. Dogs recovering from surgery or illness may not attend.
1.6 Aggression: The Client must report any aggressive behaviour. A behaviours consultantmay be involved at the Client’s expense.
1.7 Responsibility: The Client is responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog.Woof Wonderland is not liable for the Client’s equipment, personal items, or accidentsoccurring externally.
1.8 Exclusion: Woof Wonderland reserves the right to exclude any dog that poses a risk toothers.
1.9 Weather Conditions: The program may be modified to ensure dog safety.
1.10 Dog Equipment: The Client is responsible for providing collars, leads, and coats. WoofWonderland is not responsible for loss or damage.
11.11 Limitation of Liability: The Client is responsible for all costs arising from veterinaryservices or other expenses caused by their dog, or resulting from their dog. Woof Wonderlandonly accepts liability for accidents or damage caused by its own fault or negligence, and holdsappropriate insurance for such cases.
1.12 Governing Law: England and Wales law applies. The courts of England and Wales haveexclusive jurisdiction.
1.13 Data Protection: Client data will be used and stored following GDPR regulations.
1.14 Late Payment of Invoices: In case of late payment, Woof Wonderland may charge a latefee on the next invoice. The late fee is 8% in accordance with UK regulations and must besettled on the following invoice. If a client regularly pays late, their dog may be excluded fromDog Day Care. The payment deadline, including the grace period, is 5 days from the date ofinvoice issued.
1.15 Annual Price Adjustment: Service charges may change in line with delivery costs, with atleast 30 days' notice provided via email.
2. Dog Daycare Opening Time and Dog Drop-Off and Pick-Up time
2.1 Opening hours: weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.Weekends: no daycare as standard — available only by individual arrangement.Weekend rates: £15 per Saturday, £20 per Sunday (in addition to the basic fee)
2.2 Drop-Off Time: weekdays morning between 7:00–9:00
2.3 Pick-Up Time: weekdays afternoon between 16:00–18:00
2.4. Late Pick-Up: There is a 15-minute grace period at no extra charge.After 15 minutes, an additional £15 will be charged. After 1 hour, an additional £20 will be charged.If a dog is picked up late by its owner on 3 occasions, the dog may be excluded from thedaycare.
2.5 Early Arrival: Dogs arriving before drop-off or opening time are not guaranteed to beaccepted.
2.6 Amendments to agreed timings: Agreed days and times must be paid in full unless Woof2Wonderland is notified within 24 hours
2.7 Non-reserved Days: Dog placement is not guaranteed.
2.8 Extra Long Days and Weekend Care: Must be arranged in advance; pricing customized.
3. Dog Daycare Fees and Payment Terms3.1 Service Fees: As per current rate; not a monthly subscription.
3.2 Payment Deadline: Within 5 days from the date of invoice issued
3.3 Late Payment: Additional fee applies (extra 8% added to the next invoice); repeated delaysmay result in exclusion.
3.4 Neutering: Intact male dogs over one year old not accepted; exceptions with vet approval,extra fee applies.
3.5 Cancellation of Reserved Day:
⦁ Fixed day cancellation: less then 24 hours notice, full daily fee charged
⦁ Extended cancellations (two weeks or more): placement not guaranteed.
4. Health and Hygiene
4.1 Vaccinations and Parasite Treatment: Up-to-date vaccinations, worming, flea and ticktreatment mandatory.
4.2 Accidents and Cleaning: Indoor accidents may incur additional cleaning fees.
5. Behaviour and Training
5.1 Behaviour Issues: Reports prepared; repeated issues may require training.
5.2 Owner Participation: Participation and co-operation required; failure may lead to dog3exclusion.
5.3 Crate Use: Crates may be used for rest breaks, feeding, or in exceptional circumstancesfor safety
6. Daycare Operation
6.1 Supervision: Dogs are continuously supervised.
6.2 Off-Lead Play: Permitted in safe, enclosed areas.
6.3 Food: Not provided; owners must bring food, served separately at agreed times.
6.4 Dog Transportation: Woof Wonderland is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or deathin a motor vehicle accident during transport.
6.5 Dog Walking: Off-premises walks, including parks, are at owner’s risk; owner must holdinsurance for any damage caused by their dog.
7. Behaviour Modification and Training
7.1 Behaviour modification techniques may be used to ensure dog safety and preventconflicts.
7.2 No electric collars, abuse, or physical punishment. Misbehaviour is managed withredirection, ignoring, and positive reinforcement.
8. Individual Dog Training
8.1 Owner’s Responsibility: Full responsibility during training sessions.
8.2 Effectiveness: Depending on owner commitment to practice exercises.
8.3 Liability: Woof Wonderland and trainers are not liable for dog-caused injury or damage.
9. Overnight Stay
9.1 Opening times: Overnight stays are available for one night only, outside of regular openinghours, weekdays between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m., weekends between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. This is asingle night supervision service. If the dog stays longer than the booked overnight period,additional fees may apply.
9.2 Fees: the base rate applies to weekdays. If someone leaves their dog for an overnight stayon Saturday or Sunday night, the weekend surcharge will be added to the base price.
10. Dog Boarding Service:
10.1 A minimum booking of three days is required for dog boarding.
10.2 Dog Boarding Service Pick Up Time: the period is 24 hours. If this is exceeded, an extracharge must be paid based on the standard Dog Day Care rates.
10.3 Dogs must be well-socialized and able to interact safely with other dogs. Maximum 5dogs can stay together at a time.
10.4 If the dog is on a raw diet, the owner must inform us in advance to ensure there isenough space to store the food safely.
10.5 The dog’s food must be provided by the owner.
10.6 The owner must also provide any treats, chews, and poop bags.
10.7 The owner is required, before the start of dog boarding, to ensure that the dog has activeflea and tick treatment, is dewormed, and is free from any illnesses.
10.8 Dog Boarding Service booking system:Only dogs that have completed the Dog Day Care acclimation process are accepted.We do not accept random unfamiliar dogs for boarding.Last-minute bookings are not accepted for boarding.Every dog must participate continuously in the acclimation process.Only after successfully completing this process and receiving approval to participate inboarding; can a dog be booked for a boarding stay.
10.9 Payment and cancellation: Full payment must be settled in advance before drop-off.Cancellations: Dog boarding bookings must be cancelled at least one month before thescheduled boarding date. For later cancellations, 50% of the fee is non-refundable, andthe remaining 50% will be refunded to the Client.
11. Legal Enforcement and Closing Provisions
11.1 Contract Modification: Woof Wonderland may modify the contract as required; Client willbe notified by email within 30 days.
11.2 Severability Clause: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
11.3 Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full agreement, superseding prioragreements.1
11.4 Immediate Exclusion: Woof Wonderland may exclude a dog immediately if unsafe, ill, orrules are violated.Woof

Woof Wonderland Cancellation Policy
1.00 Dog Daycare and Night Stay Cancellation Polity:
1.01 Booked Day Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
1.02 Booked Day or Night Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled daycare will be charged at full price.
1.03 Cancellation: Amendments to agreed timings: Agreed days and times must be paid in full unless Woof Wonderland is notified within 24 hours. If you booked your dog from 8 AM to 4 PM and pick them up at 2PM, you are still required to pay the full amount.
2.00 Dog Boarding Cancellation Polity:
2.01 If you cancel 30 days or more before the booking start date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
2.02 If you cancel within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation Polic However, 50% of the paid amount will be credited to you in the form of a voucher which can be used towards your next dogdaycare, dogboarding, or dogtraining service.
